How to Complete Identity Verification
To verify your identity, please log in to your Inner Balance account:
You’ll be guided through a quick and secure process where we confirm your identity using the last 4 digits of your social security number OR a valid, government issued, photo ID.
Any country or state-issued ID is accepted
The process is quick and typically takes just a few minutes
Your information is used only for verification, to get birthdate and legal name and is not stored by Inner Balance.
Important Timeline
Please complete your identity verification within 10 days of signing up.
If this step is not completed within that timeframe, your account will be canceled and refunded. (But you can, of course, reactivate if you want to return.)
Alternative Verification Option
If you’re unable to upload a photo ID, you may have the option to verify your identity using your Social Security number (SSN) during the secure verification process.
