The First 3–6 Months of Your Oestra® Journey

Months 0–3 build your foundation; months 3–6 consolidate improvements. Temporary symptoms are expected as receptors wake up and metabolism adapts.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

What to expect

  • Month 0–1: Receptor “wake‑up.” Possible transient flares (sleep, temperature, histamine, skin, appetite).

  • Month 1–3: Gradual stabilization—sleep, mood, vaginal tissue often improve first.

  • Month 3–6: More consistent energy, cognition, and temperature control; libido typically follows.

How to set yourself up for success

  • Consistency: Apply as directed; avoid frequent dose changes.

  • Nutrition: ~100 g protein/day, moderate fiber, steady meals (skip strict fasting).

  • Micronutrients: Methylated B‑complex (AM), magnesium glycinate (PM); iodine/selenium as appropriate.

  • Digestive support if meals cause bloating.

  • Check in with the clinical team if side effects persist or escalate.
