Post-menopausal bleeding

  • What it is: Using Oestra® can cause the return of a period, even after menopause. This is a known side effect and a primary reason some women discontinue use in the first month.

  • What helps: Our clinical team is here to provide support and guidance as your body adjusts. Understanding that this is a potential part of the process is key.

Breast tenderness & swelling

  • What it is: Experienced by 80-90% of women and usually resolves in a few weeks. It's often a sign of iodine deficiency.

  • What helps: Iodine supplementation (1500 mcg, 3-7x per week) is recommended and can resolve tenderness.

Bloating or gas

  • What it is: Experienced by 10-15% of women and resolves on its own in 2-4 weeks.

  • What helps: A low-fiber diet, Ox bile, and digestive enzymes with large meals are recommended.

Temporary water retention

  • What it is: Less than 10% of women may experience this in the first month. It can be related to untreated low thyroid, iron deficiency, or histamine intolerance.

  • What helps: Contact us for adjustments and recommendations if you experience weight gain, joint pain, or bloating.

Results Timline

  • 10-14 days: Some women begin noticing initial results.

  • First few weeks: You may start feeling like your younger self again within 3 weeks.

  • By week 4: Common wins include improvements in sleep, libido, skin, and energy.

  • Within 6 months: 90% of patients report weight loss, improved libido, and increased energy.
